May Meeting

This month we will be having a tour of the Recycling and Energy Recovery Facility in Cross Green. The Facility is designed to remove recyclable waste from black bins and recover energy from what is left over to significantly reduce the amount of waste that is sent to landfill. Our tour is booked for 5pm so we’ll be meeting at the Facility at 4.45 pm. Booking is essential so drop a line to chapelpiewi@gmail.com if you’d like to come along. Further details to follow nearer the time.

March Film Club

Join us online at 7.30 pm on Monday 28 March when we will be having an informal chat about two films, both of which are available on Netflix. Tik Tik Boom! is the directorial debut of Lin-Manuel Miranda and tells the story of a promising young theatre composer, on the brink of turning 30, navigating love, friendship and the pressure to create something great before time runs out. Amelie is a “classic” French romantic comedy from 2001. Despite being caught in her imaginative world, a young waitress decides to help people find happiness. Her quest to spread joy leads her on a journey where she finds true love.
